B2B 11g - How to Use b2b.transport.ignoreMessage Property (Doc ID 1949191.1)

Goal

When B2B repository (SOANFRA) was down and the Listening channel worked, JMS message will fail for processing. In this case, JMS message will be stored to b2b.FailedMessagesDirectory after retrying the times of b2b.jmsRedeliveryLimit. However, because there is no interval between the retry, it is stored immediately.

How is this situation avoided?
