Symptoms

DIP sync profile created from command line shows incorrect values in FMW EM GUI.

Profiles were created using manageSyncProfiles commandline. But in the EM GUI, the db port shows the default value of 1521 rather than the port number specified in the profile file.

Changes

 Create a DB Sync profile from command line where DB listener is not listening on the default port. In this case 1533
