OID 11g ldapsearch Does Not Return The Results For Some Attributes Like CN

Symptoms
After migration of OID 11g from OID 10g, ldapsearch attempts against OID 11g (e.g., 11.1.1.7.x) do not return the results for some attributes. However it works for a privileged user, e.g., cn=orcladmin and any user under default CN=users container.
Below are three queries. The first shows the full ldif output generated by authenticating using orcladmin user and the second without the privileged user showing partial results. Note the OID is configured to permit anonymous connections. And query-3 is run as a non-orcladmin user who is stored under cn=Users container and run against an user who is stored under same default cn=users container.
This issue can be considered as a generic one for non-migrated /fresh installed OID instance also where new containers are created to store users/groups.
