B2B 11g - Even if Business Message is in MSG_ERROR State, Wire Message State Can be COMPLETE (Doc ID 1949443.1)

Goal

A Wire Message includes multiple Business Messages, and one of Business Messages is broken. As the processing result of this case, one of Business Message state was MSG_ERROR, and the others state were MSG_COMPLETE.  And, the result of Wire Message state was COMPLETE. 

In this case, is the Wire Message state correct? If many Business Messages are included in a Wire Message, how can we find the result of status MSG_ERROR of Business Message?
