Document Upload Shows Two Upload Buttons After Attempted File Upload (Doc ID 1950232.1)

Symptoms

When using IE9 to attempt to upload an empty file through the Document Explorer Task flow, then clicking Cancel (next to the upload button), the document explorer task flow is redisplayed.  The Select File link disappears and two upload buttons are displayed, one of which is greyed out.

This occurs in an 11.1.1.8.5 WebCenter Portal installation.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Open an Internet Explorer version 9 browser window.
2.Login to WebCenter Portal > Home Portal  and navigate to a page containing the Document Explorer taskflow
3.Click on the Documents tab -> Upload (an empty file) -> select file from the hard drive -> Cancel (next to the Upload button)

4.Click on upload again and now the Select files link is gone and two upload buttons are shown of which one is greyed out

Changes

This is only seen in IE9 and not other browsers.
