How to set a unique ECID if it is replicated across Flows (Doc ID 1950318.1)

Goal

When calling a BPEL process using direct binding, sometimes the flows use the same ECID instead of a unique ECID.
 
In 11g the ECID identifies the business flow and is propagated across the flow. If you notice the same ECID for different invocations while using BPEL with direct binding, you can follow the solution below.
