Symptoms

 

 

for a table with column: NOT NULL VARCHAR2(30), replicat has parameter:
BATCHSQL BATCHERRORMODE BATCHESPERQUEUE 100, OPSPERBATCH 2000


after replicating to target, certain CHR(0) are added at the end of the column value.

e.g.,
SQL> select '__' ||<Column>|| '__', dump(KUNNR, 1016)
from <table> where <Column> like '%'||CHR(0);

__ __
Typ=1 Len=5 CharacterSet=UTF8: 20,0,0,0,0
