On : 12.1.3.0.0 version, OSB Core Functionality
When attempting to open an XQuery mapper file in JDeveloper, XQuery Mapper runs out of memory and becomes inaccessible.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Launch JDeveloper 12.1.3.0.0.
2) Open an XQuery mapper file in XQuery Mapper.
3) Error occurs.
