Symptoms

When running WebCenterContent (WCC) 11.1.1.8

Role ACLs are not getting picked up from Active Directory (AD):

For example, you have ECMAdmins which is a role/active directory group and it contains 2 users: user1 and user2.

User1 created a new folder called folder1 and added ECMAdmins in the Role Access List.
User2 logs into system and is unable to edit the folder properties of folder1 and Save.
