Symptoms

SSL Handshake between an F5 Load Balancer and the Weblogic/OPAM server is failing and users are unable to access the OPAM console via SSL port 18102 after upgrading the firmware version on the F5 Big IP load balancer.

Changes

 Firmware upgrade on the F5 Load Balancer from 11.3 to 11.6
