Symptoms

The following message is signalled when importing the security settings from one ODI 12.1.3 environment to another:

The steps taken to do the import are:
 
1. Created master and work repositories using RCU in the destination environment
2. Logged into ODI 12.1.3 with supervisor credentials
3. Navigated to the Topology section -> Chose the Import option ->
   From the list of import options chose the "Import the Master Repository" option.
4. Set the import mode to Synonym INSERT_UPDATE

The same problem would occur whether importing the entire Master Repository or only the security settings in any of Synonym INSERT_UPDATE or Smart Import modes.

The same error message is observed when importing a Master Repository in ODI 12.1.3 in Synonym Insert mode.
