Blank Required Field (dDocType) on Folder Does Not Bring Up Prompt When Dragging File In Using DIS (Doc ID 1952313.1)

Symptoms

Files are dragged into a folder using DIS-WEI.  The folder does not have a default value set for Type (dDocType).  The checkin form should be displayed since dDocType is a required field with no value, but the form is not displayed.
