Unable to Log In to WebCenter Content: Imaging and Error "LDAPException: error result (4); Sizelimit exceeded" Occurs

Certain users are not able to login to the Imaging client.  The following error is received:

 The User does not exist in the policy store.

 The Log file displays the following error:

LDAPException: error result (4); Sizelimit exceeded
