How to Exclude Lucene Search Results where the Keyword Is In Createdby or Updatedby Column (Doc ID 1952681.1)

In a custom Lucene search, how can you filter out search results that match the createdby or updatedby fields, since the DefaultSearchField contains the asset data but also these two fields?

For example, search results should include assets whose name contains "baker" but not those that were simply updated by John Baker.
