Symptoms

Relative Links are not converting for one of the site studio sites during publishing. [!--$ssServerRelativeSiteRoot--]index.asp should convert to www.xyz.com/index.asp.
 Instead the public site reads build.xyz.com/index.asp, which is the URL of the contribution server.
