Symptoms
Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) integrated with Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD) or libOVD, and Oracle Internet Directory (OID) as the backend LDAP server.
Trying to lock an user in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), the following error is reported in Oracle Identity Self Service:
IAM-3050166 : An error occurred while performing lock user operation. Can't find resource for bundle java.util.PropertyResourceBundle, key IAM-3050042
The following error is reported in OIM log files:
