Symptoms
HA File Adapter is being used in a clustered environment.
In a load scenario messages are being lost with the following exception:
oracle.fabric.common.FabricInvocationException: BINDING.JCA-12563
Exception occured when binding was invoked.
Exception occured during invocation of JCA binding: "JCA Binding execute of
Reference operation 'Write' failed due to: Unable to acquire mutex for interaction.
Unable to acquire mutex for interaction.
Unable to acquire lock on resource
"/refresh/soa111a/home/fileAdapter/output~test.txt" for "DatabaseMutex::acquireNoSave"
