Symptoms
Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS2 (OAM 11.1.2.2) is being configured for integration with RSA SecureID authentication.

The RSAPlugin.jar custom plugin has been uploaded, distributed and activated successfully.
When login is tested OAM generates a System Error.
The OAM managed server log shows error "com.rsa.authagent.authapi.AuthAgentException: Invalid configuration file null".
