Two User Folders Are Created if User Logs In to WCC in a Different Case Than Defined in OID or Active Directory

If a user is defined in OID or Active Directory with the user name in all upper case, and the user logs in to WCC in lowercase, two personal User Folders get created for the user when he first logs in.  One folder name is lowercase and one is uppercase.
