Symptoms

Unable to see composite audit trail after applying Patch 14406487 - SOA BUNDLE PATCH 11.1.1.6.4

The problem is accompanied by the following database error:

java.sql.SQLDataException: ORA-01830: date format picture ends before converting entire input string
