Folio Buttons are not Working in IE 8 after Upgrading to WCC 11.1.1.8 (Doc ID 1955518.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.8.0 version, Content Server utilizing IE 8 browser.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In a new simple or advanced folio, adding rows or saving the folios by clicking the icons or selecting the save option does not work.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The folio should be saved (or) new rows should be added depending on the choice.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. From Home Page > Content Management > New Folio > Load a Simple (or Advanced) Folio > Click the 'Add Row' button > Nothing happens


AND


2. From Home Page > Content Management > New Folio > Load a Simple (or Advanced) Folio > Actions > Save Folio > Nothing happens

Due to this issue, users cannot save folio or add new rows either in a simple or advanced folio.
