BAM 12c : Adding Data Object gives Error, 'ADF_FACES-60097' (Doc ID 1955586.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3.0.0 version,

On BAM Designer, when attempting to Add a Data Object an ADF_FACES-60097 message is generated in the browser and the following error is generated in the logs
