Symptoms

After following Document 1178935.1 to set up a WebLogic managed server as a Windows service, and after installing an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 11g JEE Agent on it, only the WebLogic admin console is available after starting the Windows service whereas the  ODI J2EE components (ODI console and J2EE agent) fail to start.
