failed to start JCAPS Enterprise Manager as Windows service (Doc ID 1958470.1)

Symptoms

I was not able to start the Enterprise Manager service on Windows Server. The received the following error: "Window could not start the Sun SeeBeyond Enterprise Manager 6.2.0(15000) on Local Computer... and refer to service-specific code error 0."
I have also reviewed Knowledge Base Doc ID 1308487.1, but still no luck.

Following error is seen from the EM log <JavaCAPS>\emanager\server\logs\jakarta_service_xxxx.log:
