Failed to Start JCAPS Enterprise Manager as Windows Service

Not able to start the Enterprise Manager service on Windows Server. The received the following error: "Window could not start the Sun SeeBeyond Enterprise Manager 6.2.0(15000) on Local Computer... and refer to service-specific code error 0."
Reviewed Knowledge Base Doc ID 1308487.1, but still no luck.
Following error is seen from the EM log <JavaCAPS>\emanager\server\logs\jakarta_service_xxxx.log:

[2014-12-18 15:23:35] [info] Run service finished.
