ODI Load Plan Execution Hangs Even Though Session Completes Successfully when Insert Counts Are Very Large (Doc ID 1958988.1)

Symptoms

The issue is observed with a Load Plan that contains a Scenario with two Integration Interfaces/Mappings.

Each Interface inserts over a billion rows (i.e. 2147483647), and the total is resulting in a negative total count on the parent session level. The final counts (INSERT, ROW, UPDATE, DELETE) at the Scenario level are left blank. The load plan that calls this scenario never moves to the next step even though the scenario has finished. The load plan, from the operator interface, looks like it is still running as the parent step has a green lightening bolt even though the individual step has completed.

The following warning and error messages are also seen from the standalone agent console on which this Load Plan is executed:
