A new security feature in 11g has been added which uses the idcToken feature. This parameter is only required on non-scriptable services, or, in other words, services that make a data change on the server (like COLLECTION_ADD).

If you try to run a service like this on the URL without supplying the value of idcToken, you will get an error that states:
