The "startComponent.sh ohs1 storeUserConfig" has been previously run. When the node manager is stopped and then stopComponent.sh ohs1 is issued, it fails with "Error occurred while performing nmConnect : Cannot connect to Node Manager" trying to connect to the node manager.
The following steps reproduce the issue:
1. Run startNodmanager.sh 2. Run "startComponent.sh ohs1 storeUserConfig" and provide password; this creates Key files in the users home directory .wlst 3. Stop Node Manager 4. Run stopComponent.sh ohs1
