CKEditor WIDTH parameter is not being set correctly when set in the attribute editor (Doc ID 1960050.1)

Symptoms

When setting ckeditor height and width in an attribute editor like so

<CKEDITOR WIDTH="700" HEIGHT="300">

then the values are not respected, the ckeditor is set with width=300 and height=300
