BPEL appears to retry after 5 minutes when there is no response from the SOAP service (Doc ID 1960407.1)

Symptoms

BPEL makes a call to a SOAP Service. If there is no response in 5 minutes - it will retry.

Changes

 A load balancer was added. If the call is made directly from one process to another - then there are no retries.
