When Running WebCenter Content (WCC) 11g Domain Builder the Input Boxes are not Editible (Doc ID 1960751.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.8.0 version, Content Server

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After installing WebLogic Server 10.3.6 and WebCenter Content 11.1.1.8,

When launching config.sh from the /Oracle_ECM1/common/bin to create the domain, the configuration assistant starts up fine, but when trying to type any text into the text fields, nothing is written into the field, or if it is written it does not replace the text but instead writes it to the end of what is already there

Installation is done remotely via SSH using JDK 1.6 as well as JDK 1.7 and the remote client being used is CYGWIN 1.11.4 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the configuration assistant starts up fine and also accepts typed text into the text fields regardless of JDK and whether or not installation is remote.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Remotely connect via SSH to WCC machine using CYGWIN 1.11.4
2. Launch config.sh from the /Oracle_ECM1/common/bin to create the domain
3. Configuration assistant starts but unable to type text into the fields

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the upgraded product which contains more robust features then their current version.
