After having installed 188.8.131.52 and a bundle patch (it doesn't matter which) and adding a couple of content items, you are not allowed to edit the default file store rule. After attempting to edit it, you get the error:
Unable to edit storage rule 'DispByContentId'. Unable to edit storage rule 'DispByContentId'. There are items stored with this rule.
New installation with a couple of contents added using the default rule.
