After Adding a Couple of Documents, Default Storage Rule Cannot Be Edited (Doc ID 1961569.1)

After having installed and a bundle patch (it doesn't matter which) and adding a couple of content items, you are not allowed to edit the default file store rule. After attempting to edit it, you get the error:

Content Server Request Failed
Unable to edit storage rule 'DispByContentId'. Unable to edit storage rule 'DispByContentId'. There are items stored with this rule.



 New installation with a couple of contents added using the default rule.
