Goal

Getting this error on a machine that is running a product that connects to Webcenter Content Server using the RIDC API:
ErrorCode = oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.ProtocolException, ErrorMessage = Unable to initialize socket connection to Content Server 'idc://localhost:4444'
