Users Are Not Able To View/Download Documents After Upgrading/Patching to WebCenter Portal 126.96.36.199

When attempting to to view (or) download documents from WebCenter Portal after upgrading from 184.108.40.206.6 to 220.127.116.11.0,
Some users get the following error:
Page Not Found
The WC_Spaces-diagnostic.log shows the following errors:
- The transfer of the document /oracle/webcenter/doclib/view/jsf/taskflows/folderViewer/mdssys/cust/user/.../folderViewer.jsff.xml is not successful.
- java.io.FileNotFoundException: /tmp/prdmds/oracle/webcenter/doclib/view/jsf/taskflows/folderViewer/mdssys/cust/user/.../folderViewer.jsff.xml (File name too long).
Patched WebCenter Portal 18.104.22.168 to 22.214.171.124.
