Scripting Utility error OGGV-50009 with Veridata 12.1.3 (Doc ID 1963252.1)

The following errors when using the Veridata Scripting Utility to load new group configurations.

First we tried an xml file ( k_nokey.xml), which is 20 MB in size and ~5900 compare pairs. The following error are displayed when trying to load it:
2014-08-19 17:07:09.685 ERROR OGGV-50009 Error in executing the scripting request, please contact system administrator for more information.
2014-08-19 17:07:09.689 ERROR java.lang.reflect.UndeclaredThrowableException

After making a smaller one --with only ~ 410 compare pairs (1.4 MB).  The following timeout is reported:

Note that with the latter XML, the tool did manage to load several compare pairs before it failed, while with the former XML nothing was done at all.
