FMWC removes ROUTINGONLY attribute from webcache.xml (Doc ID 1963845.1)

Symptoms

Any configuration change about Web Cache (such as adding Site or Origin Server) made from Fusion Middleware Control removes an attribute called ROUTINGONLY from webcache.xml.

This ROUTINGONLY attribute is set in the <CACHE> element, and it is done by just editing webcache.xml manually. This operation is described in the following document.
