Not Able To Login To BPM Workspace Or Composer (Doc ID 1964030.1)

Customer recently extended SOA domain to have BPM suite. They are able to open the BPM Workspace, and BPM Composer applications but they are not able to log in to either application. With the same credentials they are able to log in to the Weblogic Console, Enterprise Manager and Oracle Service Bus (OSB)
