Screen Grays Out When Selecting a Record on Detach Mode in IE 8/9 (Doc ID 1964055.1)

Symptoms

There's a table with the detach icon on toolbar and the toolbar has a partial trigger from toolbar to an input field below the table that listens to the table selection (result is same if toolbar links to table).

With the following steps:

- Highlight/select a row
- Press Detach on table
- Highlight/select a different row
- Close Detach window (so returns to attached window)

With IE 8 or 9 the page gets grayed out with no way to recover but to refresh. Does not appear to happen on FireFox or Chrome. Also, without the partial trigger on the toolbar issue doesn't happen.
