OPAM GUI Errors When Using Google Chrome Browser

When using the Google Chrome web browser, users are experiencing frequent errors with the OPAM GUI as follows;

1. Login: When logging in with correct credentials, user is momentarily logged in and then bounced back to login page a split second later.
2. During Use: Upon opening a new OPAM tab (i.e. "Accounts", etc), the GUI will flash repeatedly many times, and then the user will either be logged off or forwarded to a blank page referencing ADF
