Unable To Find Users In WebLogic EM With AD Provider. (Doc ID 1964789.1)

Symptoms

After adding AD provider, able to login using the AD user, but when using the identity picker in any Fusion Application (i.e. Imaging, BPM worklist or the WebLogic EM application) not able to find any users.
