Issue With JCAPS63 JMS To Weblogic JMS Publish When Attempting to Load Balance (Doc ID 1965362.1)

When trying to publish a message from Java CAPS domain to clustered weblogic JMS queue[fusion 11g - weblogic 10.3.6], with "t3://xxxsd111:1111,xxxsd1112:1111" in the Connection URL of Java CAPS Unified JMS environment configuration, the project fails to deploy to the Java CAPS 6.3 domain with the below exception:

The RA will continue to start. The error was: For input string: "1111,xxxsd1112:1111".
