Using WLS Plugin 1.1 (12c & 11g) within iPlanet Web Server and configuring a "restart" SAF to change the URI as:

WLS plugin 1.1 (12c & 11g) is taking the old URI and passing to Weblogic Server. WLS plugin 1.0 the same functionality working fine.
