Symptoms

Installing Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS2 (OAM 11.1.2.2) WebGate on Windows 2012R2 IIS8 as per documentation.

ConfigureIISWebGate.bat fails - Error -Website already configured for a WebGate instance, the installation failed in 5.4.2 Running the ConfigureIISWebGate.bat Tool...

<ORACLE_HOME>\webgate\iis\tools\ConfigureIISConf>ConfigureIISWebGate.bat -oh <ORACLE_HOME> -w <WG_INSTANCE_DIR> -site <SITE_NAME>

Website "<SITE_NAME>" already configured for a WebGate instance
Please remove the following configuration for this site, and try again:
1) Entry in "<ORACLE_HOME>\webgate\iis\lib\webgate.ini" for site numbered "ERROR ( message:Configuration error "
2) ISAPI filter entry for webgate.dll in website
3) Handler mapping for webgate.dll
4) Application 'webgate' from website
5) Virtual directories 'oamsso' and 'oamsso-bin' from website


For point 1, the <ORACLE_HOME>\webgate\iis\lib\webgate.ini and there is only the below entry... [WebGateInstances]
Not able to find anything related to other points.
