Error When Accessing The WLS consolehelp URL Via OHS (Doc ID 1966154.1)

Symptoms

Oracle HTTP Server (OHS - version 12.1.3)  has been configured to act as proxy to Weblogic Server (WLS - version 12.1.3) instances i.e. to forward requests on the WLS servers.

The WLS console and consolehelp applications are configured accordingly in the ORACLE_INSTANCE/config/OHS/ohs1/mod_wl_ohs.conf as per KM <Note 1557154.1> :
