WebCenter Content: Imaging Server Fails with Error "Query failed to prepare" and "503 - Server Unavailable". (Doc ID 1966640.1)

Symptoms

The Imaging server has to be restarted multiple times a day. Users are reporting "503 - Server Unavailable errors".  The Imaging Server logs show the following error:
