OAAM 11g: The SetCliEnv.sh File Syntax Error

When we execute the /genEncodedKey.sh Setup Up Encryption we got the error: setCliEnv.sh: not found.
So, when we execute only setCliEnv.sh we got the error: ./setCliEnv.sh: syntax error at line 13 : `(' unexpected).
