Goal

The goal is to configure a custom HTTP 404 (NOT FOUND) page for WebLogic server on a domain level or managed server level.

A custom error page at the web application level (web.xml) is already defined but the same error page is needed at a domain range or server range, for example when accessing this type of URL:
