OAAM Cluster Install Assigns OAAM_ADMIN To Wrong Cluster of OAAM_SERVER (Doc ID 1966910.1)

Extending OAM domain to install OAAM in cluster as per

When extending OAM Domain for OAAM , both "oaam_admin#11.1.2.0.0" and "oaam_server#11.1.2.0.0" applications are being deployed to same cluster instead of two different clusters.

Both applications are deployed to "oaam_admin_cluster" 

In this deployment, summary shows both are being deployed to "oaam_cluster used for oaam_server's" as shown below
