OAAM Cluster Install Assigns OAAM_ADMIN To Wrong Cluster of OAAM_SERVER

Extending OAM domain to install OAAM in cluster as per

When extending OAM Domain for OAAM , both "oaam_admin#22.214.171.124.0" and "oaam_server#126.96.36.199.0" applications are being deployed to same cluster instead of two different clusters.
Both applications are deployed to "oaam_admin_cluster"
In this deployment, summary shows both are being deployed to "oaam_cluster used for oaam_server's" as shown below
