Symptoms

Using WebCenter Content (WCC) Server 11.1.1.8.7  ( 11.1.1.8 WCC with bundle patch 7) with Desktop Integration Suite 11.1.8.1099 client and component.  The 'Active Workflow' subsection metadata column 'In Queue Since . . .' the date is off by 5 hours.
