Last updated on MARCH 13, 2019
Applies to:
Oracle WebCenter Sites - Version 11.1.1.8.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
When you use a single value unique attribute in a vanity URL, that attribute gets wrapped in square brackets.
For example:
1. You have a Page definition with an attribute "uniqueUrlEntry", which has the data type "string single value (unique)".
2. One of the Page assets has the value "home" for the uniqueUrlEntry attribute.
3. The vanity URL pattern for Page assets has the following pattern: /example/${uniqueUrlEntry}.
4. When the vanity URL is generated, it becomes /example/[home] instead of /example/home.
