Web References Not Working For New Site (Doc ID 1968290.1)

Symptoms

Vanity URLs are working for one site, but when a new site is created, the vanity URLs for that site don't work.

The existing site uses vanity URLs such as /cs/prefix1/somePage.html

The new site should use /cs/prefix2/otherPage.html

Changes

Vanity URLs are configured to use the URLRewriteFilter.
